Semi-private training means you’ll work out in a small group (usually 2-4 people) with your own customized plan and coach guidance throughout the session. It’s the best of both worlds-personal attention and motivating energy.
Not at all! We meet you where you are and build a program tailored to your goals and fitness level. Many of our members started as complete beginners.
You’ll meet with a coach, go over your goals, movement history, and lifestyle habits, and go through a short movement screen. From there, we’ll help you decide what program fits you best.
Depending on your plan, you’ll get personal training sessions each week, one-on-one check-ins, customized workouts, access to our recovery/stretch services, and nutrition coaching.
