“I came to Liven Up because I had been wanting to live a healthier lifestyle for a long time, but I knew I needed guidance. I was an athlete growing up until I went to college. When I got there, I realized I didn’t know how to work out in a ‘traditional’ gym setting, and I didn’t like working out by myself. I tried to force myself to go a few times over the years but didn’t enjoy it so it never stuck. I also struggled with my nutrition. Here at Liven Up, I found a community of people who support me and my goals. Since starting here, I have lost 40 lbs and counting!”
“Christine first heard about Liven Up through a friend. “I was feeling bored and unmotivated at the gym I was attending.” Rich heard about Liven Up from Christine. “After observing Christine’s physical gains, motivation, and commitment to her workouts over about a year, I was convinced I had to try Liven Up. I love to ski, and my goal was to gain more strength, stamina, and endurance to become a better skier in the winter.” Christine says, “My results at my old gym were minimal, which decreased my motivation to go. I felt I was at the point that I was either totally immersed or entirely gave up belonging to gyms.” Before coming to Liven Up, Rich had lost 30 pounds over a 3 year period as a result of eating better and moving more. “Unfortunately, my workouts became stagnant, and my results plateaued.” When Rich joined, his motivation was to get ready for ski season. Feeling stronger, having more endurance, and more stamina was only the start of the benefits. “My weight is down nearly 13 pounds and my body fat percentage is 14.5%. I feel amazing physically and emotionally! In fact, I feel better now as I approach 50 than I did in my 30’s and 40’s.”. Christine agrees – “I never could have imagined I would feel this good in my late 40’s!” “The nutrition education through Fall Back to Fitness was a game changer. It took a strong workout regimen combined with proper nutrition. The two go hand in hand. This combination has taken us to the next level. In fact, it has become a family lifestyle, not just a competition. The encouragement from the coaches and other members is great! It keeps us going and creates an environment to be successful on your timeline.” Christine loves the workouts at Liven Up. “They are always new, different, and challenging. They push you beyond your comfort zone. I always have a sense of accomplishment afterwards. I especially love seeing all of the MEPs I get, especially when it’s more than Rich! ;)” Rich has noticed a huge difference in the way he feels – “I never dreamed of being in this shape. It really has become a way of life. It is so important I book my workouts in every month, and we’re very thoughtful about our meals at home.” Christine and Rich have truly become a party of the Liven Up Family. “The relationships the coaches have with the members and the relationship the members have with each other is special. People cheer each others successes and constantly look for opportunities to push one another. This gym isn’t about competing with others, but rather competing against yourself and finding your own limits.””
“In all my years on the radio, I never endorsed anything I didn’t believe in… I could never fake sincerity. That’s probably why I don’t do radio ads anymore. I have done every program imaginable to try and lose weight and become healthier and when I decided I was going to get serious about Liven Ups nutrition program… well, the results speak for themselves. I’m down 45 pounds and that’s just the beginning. I’m not starving by any means, my workouts are much more productive, I’m sleeping better, I have way more energy… and I sound like an ad, but it’s true. I feel great. I set goals with my coaches and I’m well on my way to achieving them. It’s very exciting.
