I originally came to Liven Up 2 years ago to work on my overall health & fitness, increase my strength and endurance, improve my mobility and flexibility, and to be held accountable by scheduling in my sessions.
Before coming here, I tried other gyms and self-paced workouts. None of this really worked because I prefer instruction to make sure I’m doing the movements the correct way. I also needed a little bit of a push! I had previously viewed other gyms as kind of boring and not nearly as welcoming. People come in, work out, and just leave. I love the vibe at Liven Up and it makes me want to come and work out!
Since I’ve been here, my muscle mass has increased, and my body fat has gone down and is at a healthy level. I feel more energetic and like I’m in overall good health.
I’ve noticed a lot of benefits to coming here. I have more energy, less back pain, and hip pain from sitting all the time at work. I also have better nutrition and was able to make an overall lifestyle change with more consistent activity, nutrition, and accountability.
My favorite thing about Liven Up is definitely the coaches. They truly care about each member. It’s truly a family feeling, and I’ve made some great new friends. I also like the variety of the workouts to keep it fresh. I’m never doing the same workout twice! The coaches take the time to work with you right on the spot if you’re having trouble with a movement. I really appreciate the individualized programming and all the encouragement!
