SWEAT SUCCESS STORY: JARRETT DILLMAN

Jarrett Dillman had been following Liven Up Fitness ever since the doors opened. The posts about building strength and boosting energy kept catching his attention—and eventually, they hit home. He was tired of feeling sluggish all the time and decided it was finally time to make a change.

“I was just over feeling drained every day,” Jarrett shared. “Liven Up kept talking about programs to help you feel better and have more energy. I figured—why not give it a shot?”

And that decision changed everything.

Since joining Liven Up, Jarrett’s energy levels have skyrocketed. “I used to need 3–4 cups of coffee just to get through the day. Now? Most days I don’t even finish a small one.” But it wasn’t just energy that improved—his body feels stronger, more resilient, and pain-free. “I used to wake up every morning with lower back pain and random aches. Once I started building more muscle with Liven Up’s training, those pains disappeared.”

Working a physically demanding job, Jarrett started noticing how much easier his day-to-day responsibilities became. The strength and endurance he built in the gym started showing up at work—and even outside of it.

“Liven Up gave me the motivation to start running,” he said. “Eight months ago, I could barely make it through a mile. Today, I’m running 5 miles. That’s something I never thought I’d be saying!”

When friends ask him about the gym, his answer is simple:
“What are you waiting for!?”
