I came to Liven Up three years ago and I worked up to doing 5 sessions per week. I love exercise, and I also love to eat and drink! But I finally realized this January that I could not out-exercise a bad diet. There isn’t enough space on this page to fit everything I’ve tried in the past! I tried every diet program and many different gyms in the area. I also played golf and tennis. After having kids, I have been battling with my weight for 30 years. Since coming to Liven Up Fitness, I feel better than I have in my entire life – but I’m not done yet!
I have more energy than I have ener had, I have made many friends (9am-ers!!), and I love both the social and friendly competitive aspect of the gym. At 56 years old, I was concerned that I could not keep up. The coaching staff always provides modifications for me to perform each exercise in such a way that match my fitness level.
The things I like most about Liven Up are the people! The coaches, owners, staff, and all of my new friends are the best part. I feel at home, and when I’m not there, I miss it terribly!
