I originally came to Liven Up because of the location. I had just gotten a new job and it was close to my office. After watching one of their videos, I knew I at least had to try it. After my trial period, I was hooked!
I’ve always tried to squeeze fitness into my life, whether running, mountain biking, strength training, or sprint triathlon training. I really enjoy working and seeing the progression over time. Between work and a long commute though, fitness eventually fell to the wayside. When I came to Live Up, I was REALLY out of shape!
The results I achieved are more than I ever expected. I have exceed my fitness goals, but even better than that, with the encouragement of the Liven Up coaches, I’m pushing myself towards new ones.
Prior to Liven Up, I had been a member at other standard fitness facilities. Looking back, working out at those gyms was so boring and not challenging enough.
There are a lot of things I like about Liven Up – the members are great, the coaches are FANTASTIC, and the classes kick my butt! I think the best thing about Liven Up is that when Bon Jovi comes on, Coach Emily changes the music!
