When Michael first walked through the doors of Liven Up Fitness, he was looking for more than just a gym. After suffering a heart attack in 2018, he needed a safe, supportive environment where he could rebuild his health and confidence.

From trekking along the edge of Exit Glacier in Alaska to scaling the sandstone fins of Devils Garden in Arches National Park, every step is a reminder of how far he’s come. He’s explored the surreal landscapes of Bryce Canyon, wandered among glowing hoodoos, and conquered the remote, rugged Chesler Park Loop in Canyonlands National Park.
