At LIVENUP our passion is to see people’s lives changed. We have been blessed to see so many people become strong physically and mentally over the years. We wanted to capture some of their stories to inspire and encourage others. Our hope is that these stories motivate you to take action. It’s up to you, we are a community here to support and help you reach your goals, but you have to take the first step. What will your story be?
“At Liven Up you are more than just a client, you become a member of their “fit fam”.
I have been with Liven Up a little over a year now. The reason I joined was that my company closed it’s offices and everyone was sent to work form home. I needed to get out of the house and do something social and wanted to feel better about myself and to get off my butt and start an exercise program I would stick with. Joining Liven Up has not only provided me with an excise program that I look forward to doing but also has giving me wonderful new friends and work out buddies that I am so thankful for.

“The relationships I’ve gained since I came to this gym are simply amazing. The people I’ve met just feel more like a family than anything.”

“Results don’t happen overnight, but they do happen over time. There will be setbacks, but committing to health and fitness is the most important thing you can do for yourself and your family.”
We are married 11 years come this July. We have been together as high school sweethearts since the late 1990s. We have 2 young boys and 2 labrador retrievers. Needless to say we are busy and active – and we love it! Life has thrown has curve balls but we respond back as positively as we can.
“I am in the best shape of my life and yet I wake up each day and decide all over again to be the person that decided to go for it.”
I am a 33 year old woman who is learning that there is more to fitness then hitting the gym. There is a saying that begins with, ‘You are never too old.’ It doesn’t matter how it ends because the things that truly matter are life-long commitments, for example: Health. I am a 33 year old woman and I am in the best shape of my life – will I stop now or do I think I am done progressing in this area? Absolutely not. Each day is a new commitment to myself and my health.
