“Prior to joining Liven Up, the longest I was ever able to sustain a workout regimen was 6 months. Unless I had a friend to workout with regularly and keep me motivated, the workouts became boring and my interest fizzled out. For over 20 years, I did very little in the way of fitness and I could see mobility challenges unfolding. A long-time friend and co-worker (Coach Jim) encouraged me to give Liven Up a try by gifting me a 30-day trial. That was 8 years ago!

Since joining Liven Up, I work out 3 to 5 times a week – religiously. I’ve taken advantage of various nutritional coaching programs such as “Accountables”, Fall Back to Fitness and Spring Shred, each of which helped me develop good nutritional habits outside of the gym, maximizing my overall results. I feel better, sleep better, have less aches and pains, and have more energy.
