Cashew Spice Butter

  • 1⅔ cup whole unsalted cashews
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  1. In a food processor, add the cashews and process until it turns into a creamy consistency, about 4 minutes.
  2. Add all the spices and process for another 2 minutes.
  3. In between processing, scrape the butter off of the side with a spatula.
  4. Store in a sealable container and place in the refrigerator.
