Cashew Spice Butter
- 1⅔ cup whole unsalted cashews
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. salt
- In a food processor, add the cashews and process until it turns into a creamy consistency, about 4 minutes.
- Add all the spices and process for another 2 minutes.
- In between processing, scrape the butter off of the side with a spatula.
- Store in a sealable container and place in the refrigerator.
