Do you have a passion for making a difference in people’s lives? Are you seeking a long-term career within the fitness industry?

We are looking for the following:

  • Exemplary passion and work ethic toward helping others
  • Experience with personal training of all ages
  • National Personal Training Certification and College degree in Exercise Science or a similar area of study
  • A “standout” resume
  • A displayed ability to work with various populations

As a coach, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in program design and implementation for various populations
  • Experience hands-on coaching in small group and one-on-one training sessions
  • Receive up-to-date training, injury prevention, and human performance strategies

We’re expanding our team! We’re on the hunt for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Member Services Representatives, both part-time and full-time positions available.

Role Overview:

As the Member Service rep, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing member interactions, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Resolving member concerns and feedback.
  • Promoting our services and membership benefits.
  • Assist in managing the shake bar’s daily operations.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain an efficient operation.
  • Upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for fitness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
